REVERSE TRANSFORMATION! So a little back story for you all! The picture on the left was 2 days out from my first men's physique show in June (that's why my skin looks like brown sugar) At this time I weighed 180 pounds, and it was absolutely the leanest I have EVER been! The amount of work that I put in to get that lean and step on stage is something I will remember for the rest of my life! I had to be 100% dedicated to my diet, and my training. There was NO messing up! It taught me a lot for sure, as well as it showed me how much I really am capable of! Going from morbidly obese to stepping on stage was absolutely NEVER something I ever thought I could do! With all of that being said, staying at that body fat is NOT healthy, and I was SO weak! My strength was completely gone, and I was far from athletic! Now, let's fast forward to the picture on the right! This was taken today! I am now 195 pounds (15 pounds up from stage weight) and I am SO much stronger now! Yes, I do have more body fat. But the things I am able to do with my body are SO much more now! I am faster, stronger, and all around a MUCH better athlete! I was so afraid of gaining way too much weight after my physique show, but I am so proud of the way it has gone! I truly believe that ANYONE can do the things I have done, and SO much more! The most important thing, is you HAVE to #WorkForChange no shortcuts, JUST WORK! Lastly yes I have loose skin from losing 180 pounds, no I don't plan on getting surgery ❤ If anyone is saying nasty things about my skin, please don't reply! Let's keep it positive!
