Yesterday and today were pretty rough. And although it kills me to take a break from working out, I have to listen to what my body needs - that being physical rest, and nutrition for my body && mind.
Personal growth is SO important. I honestly used to be hate the idea of "personal development." I would avoid THAT section of the bookstore at all costs - the self help section. Eeesh. Seriously, who reads that stuff other than psychologists?? I would ask myself that ALL the TIME.
But even though I was getting healthier on the outside, it was the inside that needed the most mending. I HAD to get my ❤ and mind in the right place.
Working your mind is just like any other muscle in the body, and honestly it is the most IMPORTANT muscle of them all. With the right mindset, you can conquer anything.
