I'm huge on the #bigsalad that keep me teeny.
Shown is a #tacosalad that like most of my weekday meals are prepared & eaten in under 15 minutes! I prepare 2 lbs of ground turkey or for even less fat, ground chicken, a couple days in advance with a packet of taco or fajita seasoning & cook in chicken broth. I throw my chopped vegetables in-here is #cubanellepeppers , tomatos, celery & onions, with store bought salsa. Also added is an avocado mash (salt, garlic powder & apple cider vinegar). This lasts a couple of lunches & is so satisfying I never even want snacks. Most important is that the flavors are big & preparation time is little.
