I created this 6 week series which was inspired from my own practice focus and wanted to share. It's targeted to bring active attention in a focused vinyasa flow highlighting particular parts of the body each week. All Levels welcome.
Wk1 (1/19): Toes, Feet, ankles, calves, shins, knees
Wk2 (1/26): Quads, hammies, psoas, glutes
NO Series class on 2/2 - we will resume on 2/9
Wk3 (2/9): Pelvis, tailbone, hips
Wk4 (2/16): Abdominals, lower back, lower ribs
Wk5 (2/23): Spine, upper back, shoulders, chest/heart, lungs
Wk6 (3/2): Fingers, Hands, wrists, forearms, head, throat/neck, third eye
