Little late than never, here's my belated pancakes for shrove Tuesday 🥞For these delicious pancakes I used: a scoop of my protein (chocolate and nut flavour), cup of plain flour, cup of almond milk, 1 free range egg. Today's little treat porridge oats, almond milk, dark chocolate with orange, chia seeds and a dollop of wholegrain peanut butter 🥜it's okay to treat yourself now and again, and sometimes you have to listen to what your body needs.
